• Once logged in, the most recent quotes from your company will be displayed on the dashboard. Clicking on the View Quote Details link will take you to your quote details where you can either checkout or requote the order.
• In order to view all company quotes, select Quotes from the primary navigation.

• Shipping paperwork will start to become available for each part of an order once the part has shipped. Shipping paperwork includes the delivery note, proof of delivery, invoice, SDS, and material certification.
• From the Dashboard, while viewing the recent orders tab, links to the shipping paperwork will be displayed when shipping paperwork is available on part of an order.
• To find paperwork on any order, click into Order History from the site navigation. Locate the order. Click to View Order Details and scroll down. This information will be displayed below the Item Details in one convenient location called Shipping Paperwork.

• The invoice, a part of the shipping paperwork, will start to become available for each part of an order once the part has shipped.
• From the Dashboard, while viewing recent orders tab, the shipping paperwork will be displayed when shipping paperwork is available on part of an order. Click to View Invoice.
• To find paperwork on any order, click into Order History from the site navigation. Locate the order. Click to View Order Details and scroll down. This information will be displayed below the Item Details in one convenient location called Shipping Paperwork.

• You can pay your invoices online by logging in to your account and navigating to Invoices from the Dashboard. Need an account? Register now.

• The Material Certification (MTR), a part of the shipping paperwork, will start to become available for each part of an order once the part has shipped.
• From the Dashboard, while viewing recent orders tab, the shipping paperwork will be displayed when shipping paperwork is available on part of an order. Click to View Order Details and access shipping paperwork.

• The SDS (Safety Data Sheet), a part of the shipping paperwork, will start to become available for each part of an order once the part has shipped.

• Once part of an order has been shipped, delivery tracking will be enabled.
• The order can be tracked from the Order History page in the site navigation by clicking Track My Order next to the associated order.
• You can also see all progress on each part of an order when you click into it by viewing the order details.
• For thyssenkrupp deliveries, tracking for each step in the delivery process is displayed right on the Order Details page with each part.
• For all other third party shippers and depending on the shipping provider, the tracking number and a link to external tracking may be included.
